Our Founder
Andreu Sureda-Guixa, the “Never satisfied, but always happy…” founder of Nothat Consulting, has a unique ability to transform challenges into inspiring opportunities.
His personal experiences, which among others include a challenging upbringing and a “close call” car accident that nearly left him paralyzed, shaped his perspective towards life and inspired him to find the best in every person and situation.
Andreu’s inquisitive nature and experience of living and working across four continents have given him a unique perspective and valuable insights into diverse cultures and working methods.
During his many years a consultant, he has helped businesses improve profitability without impacting traffic, always keeping the consumer at the top of mind. As a retail business owner, Andreu faced the challenge of opening a store during the Covid pandemic, but his perseverance and adaptability allowed him to not only survive, but thrive.
Beyond his multiple technical, managerial, and strategic skills, Andreu’s ability to ask the right questions and help others see solutions makes him a valuable asset for any business owner.
His humility and willingness to listen allow him to bring out the best in those around him.
